The Leixlip Tennis Club AGM took place on Wednesday 19 April 2023 at the clubhouse.

A report was provided to the membership by all of the officers, giving a summary of the highlights of the previous year.

Motions

The following Motion, which was presented to the AGM by the outgoing Committee, was passed by unanimous decision.

• Update the text in Article 15 (The Committee) as follows:

  Original Text

  The position of Chairperson, Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer may not be held by the same person for more than three consecutive years.

  Agreed Revised Text

  The position of Chairperson and Honorary Secretary may not be held by the same person for more than three consecutive years.
  
  The position of Honorary Treasurer may not be held by the same person for more than five consecutive years.

Resolution

A resolution to maintain the 2022/2023 rates for the 2023/2024 membership year was passed by the meeting.
